Who can register?
  1. Registrations are only available for specific, named individuals who will be attending the conference.

  2. It is not possible to purchase generic places where the attending delegate is not yet known. This is because to register someone, we require individual information such as their dietary needs, access requirements and contact details. Therefore, please determine who will be attending before attempting your booking.

  3. Registrations may not be shared between delegates.
Each person must register separately, and places may not be "split" between people.
How to register
  1. Registrations can be made online, using our electronic system – Humanitix. Find links to tickets here.

  2.  If you are experiecing difficulties with ticketing purchases please contact our event manager Terence Smith via email at terence@knownassociates.com.au.

  3. Payments must be made online via Humanitix. This electronic payment system is used to minimise administrative costs and registration fees.

  4. Places cannot be held without payment.

  5. Delegates unable to pay online may request an invoice.

  6. Bulk registrations by agencies will only be permitted by request. If you wish to complete a bulk registration, please submit an email request to WA.FamilypathwayNetwork@RelationshipsWA.org.au. Any other form of bulk registration will not be considered.
Metro vs Regional Registrations
  1. Delegates may register to attend either in person at our metro location (Perth), or in person at one of our regional locations (Albany, Bunbury, Geraldton, or Kalgoorlie).

A livestream will be available via our regional venues, allowing delegates to experience the Day 1 conference program and network with other delegates from their region.

  2. Prices are the same for both metro and regional registration modes and there will not be an option to attend via livestream - registrants must attend in person at the nominated venue in that region.

  3. There will be a national livestream registration available for registrants wishing to attend living outside of WA only. Proof of residential address will be required before tickets are issued.

  4. In the event of a COVID lockdown impacting Perth, or other major event meaning  that the face-to-face conference cannot proceed in Burswood, the conference is still likely to proceed as an online event.

  5. In this case, all delegates will be advised and provided with the appropriate access link and all registrations will be transferred to online attendance. Refunds will not be issued unless specifically requested in accordance with 'Cancellations' clauses 1 and 2 below.

  6. Please note that legal CPD points apply for attendance at any of our venues.

  7. Proof of attendance for professional development requirements for other professions may be available as advised by your industry peakbody.
Cancellations
  1. Cancellations received in writing to WA.FamilyPathwayNetwork@RelationshipsWA.org.au by 26 April 2024 will be accepted and all fees refunded.

  2. Cancellations received after 26 April 2024 will not be refunded but may be transferred to another person in accordance with 'Change to details and preferences' clauses 1 and 2 below.
Change to details and preferences
  1. Electronic changes to conference delegate registrations may be made up until 5pm 26 April 2024. Changes should be made using the “edit” function available for your booking in the online registration system and do not incur a charge.

  2. After 26 April 2024, electronic changes will not be possible, meaning custom details such as name badges and dietary requirements may not be able to be accommodated. However, in the case of last-minute issues, an alternative delegate may be sent on the day to replace someone unable to attend.
Photography and video
  1. Photographs and video will be taken by FLPN / Known Associates at the conference and used for reporting, showcasing and promotional purposes.

  2. By registering, delegates are acknowledging that they may be photographed at some point during the conference.

  3. Our photographer will make every effort to ensure consent. However, consent from individuals is not usually practical for large group and crowd shots.

  4. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the photographer, who will ensure you are not captured.
Accommodation and travel
  1. This is a non-residential conference and all accommodation, travel and transport arrangements and any associated costs are the responsibility of the individual delegate, except where otherwise specifically agreed to by FLPN.

  2. Delegates from outside Perth need to organise their own travel and accommodation and everyone is responsible for their own transport to and from the event venue.

  3. In the event of 'Metro vs Regional Registrations' clauses 3, 4 & 5 the network will not responsible for refunding any pre-booked accommodation.
