The WA Family Law Pathways Network Annual Conference is fast approaching in May and we'd love for you to join us!
Striving for Economic Wellbeing: Financial challenges during and after separation
Separating and separated families are increasingly under financial pressures during what is already an emotionally challenging time.
The current housing crisis, increased costs of living and job insecurity are all contributors that limit the number of options for families to separate assets and finances amicably, in a way that sets them on a path towards financial independence, post separation.
Under financial strain, families suffer in many ways – individuals are placed under stress, formerly happy relationships can break down, financial support becomes a source of conflict, and disputes can quickly turn into contentious legal proceedings.
Join the WA Family Law Pathways Network to foster strong links with locally based providers operating as part of, or alongside the family law system in enhancing collaboration and improving overall assistance to separated and separating families.
