Linda Biffen Family Consultant
After starting her career as youth worker, Linda graduated as a social worker from The University of Western Australia and commenced work with The Department of Child Protection in 2002, holding numerous roles as a child protection worker. She worked with families and foster carers when children were placed in care and managed the placement of high needs teenagers including the recruitment and training of specialised foster carers. Moreover, she was a manager in residential care (including in Bunbury for 6 months) before returning to work with foster carers, child placements and managing visits between children and their parents. In January 2016, she commenced work at the Family Court as a Consultant undertaking risk assessments and case management in child related matters before the Court.
