FVRO Shuttle Conferencing

FVRO Shuttle Conferencing

Where there is an Family Violence Restraining Order (FVRO) in place, some Magistrate courts have the option of going to an FVRO Shuttle Conference.

These conferences are run by a registrar, mediating between two rooms, ensuring both parties do not come into contact with the other. The conferences aim to assist the parties to reach agreements without the need to go to trial.
