On 15 February 2019, WA Family Law Pathways Network held a training session with Consumer Protection’s Senior Policy Officer Trish Blake, who delivered a presentation outlining upcoming FDV related tenancy law changes – the Residential Tenancies Legislation Amendment (Family Violence) Bill 2018. The Bill passed through the State Parliament on 20 February 2019.
