Who can register?
  1. Registrations are only available for specific, named individuals who will be attending the conference.

  2. It is not possible to purchase generic places where the attending delegate is not yet known. This is because to register someone, we require individual information such as their dietary needs, access requirements and contact details. Therefore, please determine who will be attending before attempting your booking.

  3. Registrations may not be shared between delegates.
Each person must register separately, and places may not be "split" between people.
How to register
  1. Registration occurs online, using our electronic system – Eventbrite. Find links to tickets here.

  2. People who have difficulties with the electronic form should contact Jazmin Cavanagh on (08) 6164 0382, for individual assistance. Note: Only available on Tuesdays & Wednesdays 9am – 5pm.

  3. Payments must be made online via the electronic registration system. This electronic payment system is used because it keeps administrative costs down andtherefore minimises registration fees.

  4. Places cannot be held without payment.

  5. Delegates unable to pay online may request an invoice.
In Person vs Online Registrations
  1. Delegates may register to attend either in person or online.
While we encourage delegates to attend in person, those attending online will receive a link which will allow them to experience the full program.

  2. Prices are the same for both modes, but registrations are not interchangeable,
i.e., delegates must attend either online or in person as per the choice selected at registration. Anyone wishing to change their method of attendance must change their registration accordingly in advance.

  3. In the event of a COVID lockdown impacting Perth, or other major event meaning  that the face-to-face conference cannot proceed in Burswood, the conference is still likely to proceed as an online event.

  4. In this case, all delegates will be advised and provided with the appropriate access link and all registrations will be transferred to online attendance. Refunds will not be issued unless specifically requested in accordance with clauses 15 and 16, below.

  5. Please note that legal CPD points apply for in person and online registration.

  6.  CPD points for other professions may be available as advised by your industry peakbody.
Cancellations
  1. Cancellations received in writing (jazmin.cavanagh@relationshipswa.org.au) by 01 May 2023 will be accepted and all fees refunded.

  2. Cancellations received after 01 May 2023 will not be refunded but may be transferred to another person in accordance with clauses 17 and 18.
Change to details and preferences
  1. Electronic changes to conference delegate registrations may be made up until 5pm 01 May 2023. Changes should be made using the “edit” function available for your booking in the online registration system and do not incur a charge.

  2. After 01 May 2023, electronic changes will not be possible, meaning custom details such as name badges and dietary requirements may not be able to be accommodated. However, in the case of last-minute issues, an alternative delegate may be sent on the day to replace someone unable to attend.
Photography and video
  1. Photographs and video will be taken by FLPN / Known Associates at the conference and used for reporting, showcasing and promotional purposes.

  2. By registering, delegates are acknowledging that they may be photographed at some point during the conference.

  3. Our photographer will make every effort to ensure consent. However, consent  from individuals is not usually practical for large group and crowd shots.

  4. If you do not wish to be photographed, please just inform the photographer, who will ensure you are not captured.
Accommodation and travel
  1. This is a non-residential conference and all accommodation, travel and transport arrangements and any associated costs are the responsibility of the individual delegate, except where otherwise specifically agreed to by FLPN.

  2. Delegates from outside Perth need to organise their own travel and accommodation and everyone is responsible for their own transport to and from the event venue.

We look forward to seeing you there!
